We stand behind the quality of our image consulting services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
48+ Hours Notice: Full refund of your deposit or payment.
24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund of your deposit or payment.
Less than 24 Hours: No refund available.
No-Show: Full payment is forfeited.
You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours notice. We will work with you to find a convenient alternative time.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Multi-session packages may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused sessions, subject to our cancellation policy. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
